Getting in shape

We practice yoga, stretching and a healthy spine. In Olivia Sky Club, in Olivia Garden, and in spring and summer... on the patio.
In order to be in excellent shape, we also sometimes try to teach proper breathing.

Yoga in the Clouds

Research confirms the positive effects of yoga on our body, mind, and emotions. Thanks to it, your body will become stronger, more flexible, resistant and supple, which automatically makes it less susceptible to injuries. Under the influence of yoga, beneficial changes in the blood occur: the amount of antioxidants increases, increasing the body's ability to cleanse and repair itself – that is, to stay young.

Stretching & Healthy Spine

These classes are based on comprehensive methods of stretching all muscles, with particular emphasis on the spine. They work wonders. For example, they reduce stress and make our bodies stronger and more flexible. The positive effect of this type of exercise on the correct posture and the development of a slender figure is indisputable.
Systematic gymnastics slims down, reduces the feeling of fatigue and relaxes.
