Olivia Sky Club is located on the top floor of Olivia Tower. It is an exceptional location, truly unique. Olivia Sky Club has three independent conference rooms: the main conference room can house up to 120 people, a catering space that may be combined with the main room, and a VIP room for discreet business meetings. Additionally, from two glazed terraces the guests can admire the breathtaking panorama of the Bay of Gdansk.

The O4 Conference Centre is located on the ground floor of Olivia Four building and is accessible 24/7. There are 3 large spaces which can be connected to each providing a single conference space for 200 people: 2x 20-person spaces (34 m2) and 1x 90-person space (70 m2).

All rooms are equipped with modern audio and video equipment, making it the perfect place to conduct meetings and conferences.

The Olivia Four building houses 5 rooms that can accommodate up to 10 people in parallel.

This rooms come complete with tables, chairs, cabinets, flipcharts and access to wi-fi. These spaces provide the ideal facilities to work on projects or to house meetings and are available to rent by the hour.

The Room's decor and furnishings provide the perfect conditions for presentations and meetings with key customers. Open from 8 am to 4 pm.

Entrepreneur's Club [1]: this spirit of entrepreneurism flows through the imginative decor of this space. Multicolored leather armchairs, cushion walls and bar complete the modern creative vibe, that is sure to make your meeting truly unique. Suitable for up to 8 people.

Do you want to unleash innovative and unconventional ideas? In the Creative Lab [2] you can! The room differs from usual office standards: an elegant oval acrylic bath, table football, hammocks, colorful tables, comfortable stools and grass instead of carpeting, provide a great space for creative brainstorming. Suitable for up to 15 people.

You want to give the meeting a corporate edge? Then choose the IT Lab [3], comes complete with dropped-down projector screen and conference furniture. Suitable for up to 4 people.

In the Board Room [4] is best for intimate meetings and negotiations. Elegant black leather seating, elegant dark mahogany table and a high-end flat screen TV will provide the ideal setting for those important discussions. Suitable for up to 6 people.

The Multimedia Lab [5] provides a colorful background for smaller meeting with designer furniture and bright color furnishings, also comes with flat screen TV. Suitable for up to 4 people.

The Conference Room [6] is the best for a prestigious or big conference. Fully equipped, it can bu adjusted to any type of meeting. Suitable for up to 40 people. You can connect the Conference Room with Entrepreneur's Club to get space for 65 people.

Olivia CONNECT is located on the 13th floor of Olivia Six, one of the most ecological buildings in Poland. A beautiful view of the Gulf of Gdańsk and Oliwa district can be seen from its windows. Olivia Connect is a place created with an idea of integration, support and development of Residents of the Olivia Business Centre.

There are four rooms (three for six persons and one for eight persons) that can be rented by the hour or for the whole day. The stylish furnishing of the premises is characterised with high class of equipment and aesthetic arrangements. Each room is provided with elegant, comfortable chairs and large tables - glass or wooden, facilitating work and meetings.

There is a possibility to use internal catering or restaurants located in the Olivia Business Centre.
